AoM 2025 PDW & Caucus - Recap + Slides
DS:E at AoM 2025 - what a fantastic journey!

Recap
In Copenhagen, the design_science community came together at the AoM to explore how design science can transform entrepreneurship and innovation research and practice. With packed rooms and engaging dialogue, the excitement surrounding design science has never been greater.
In the PDW "How to Publish Design Science in High-Impact Journals," we addressed the essential question: How can a design science research project be crafted to meet the expectations of high-impact journals? Thank you to A. Georges L. (Sjoerd) Romme, Henrik Berglund, and Christoph Seckler for sharing concrete advice, feedback, and editorial experiences. Thank you to all the participants who made the Q&A lively and constructive!
At the Caucus "Design Science Scholars, Unite!", we gathered for interactive roundtables and a Chat Roulette session. During these, we shared challenges, ideas, and inspiration across different career stages. It was great to see so many new and familiar faces who were curious, critical, and committed to building the design science research community.
Overall, it was great meeting so many design science enthusiasts, both current and future, at the PDW and the Caucus. Many thanks again to Marc Kratz (geb. Georgijewitsch), Simon Schmidt, and Bugra Kilinc, the co-organizers of the PDW and Caucus.
