In 2030, entrepreneurship scholars in Europe are widely admired for their contributions to solving key societal and environmental issues. Entrepreneurship scholarship has been central to solving challenges in making transformation happen. Research is rigorously addressing relevant issues using a design science approach.

Christoph Seckler holds the Chair of Entrepreneurial Strategy at ESCP Business School in Berlin. He is enthusiastic about the potential of Design Science Research for the Entrepreneurship field and beyond. In his research he is mainly interested in learning from failure and entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Professor for Entrepreneurship and Innovation
René Mauer holds the Chair for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at ESCP Business School in Berlin. His area of expertise is entrepreneurial decision-making in venture and corporate contexts. In practice projects he has been working together with SMEs and larger companies such as BASF, BMW, Deutsche Post DHL or P&G.
Jan vom Brocke
Professor for Information Systems
Jan vom Brocke holds the Hilti Endowed Chair of Business Process Management and he is the Director of the Institute of Information Systems. Jan has published more than 400 papers and is among the top 2% cited scientists worldwide.
